We are looking for an Associate Operations Manager to lead our Early Careers Team for a world-class client in the Aerospace industry. We are looking for an Associate Operation Manager to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

In this newly created role, you will be the operational heartbeat of our high-volume recruitment (~800 hires annually), focusing on Interns and Working Students etc. in Germany.

  • Performance & Quality Management: KPI driven Management, to ensure client satisfaction (Lead time, Diversity, Compliance, Hiring Manager and Candidate experience).
  • Operational Leadership: Manage and develop a growing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of accountability and high-touch service delivery.
  • Process Evolution: Review complex workflows to implement Lean methodologies and drive productivity through Automation and AI integration.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a first point of contact for the client and the operational lead for the client account, engaging in transnational projects with colleagues in France, the UK, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Data Management: Utilize data to identify bottlenecks, prioritize issues, and report on team performance.

What We Are Looking For:

We need a "process-geek" with a leadership heart. Someone who can handle high-volume complexity without losing sight of the human element.

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in people management or project-based leadership within Talent Acquisition (e.g., leading a process improvement or tech rollout).
  • Recruitment Background: A strong grasp of the recruitment lifecycle, ideally with experience in high-volume environments (Early Careers, Blue-collar, Customer Service hiring etc.).
  • Technical Fluency: Proficient in ATS systems, Reporting etc.
  • Linguistic Skills: Native or fluent German and fluent English are mandatory for stakeholder management and international documentation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong intellectual skills to handle numerous process exceptions and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for team meetings on frequent basis - up to 1-2 per month
