About Randstad Sourceright

Randstad Sourceright is a global talent leader, helping the world’s most successful companies drive growth and business agility. We specialize in Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Blended Workforce Solutions. Working in our EMEA Professional Services team means joining a diverse, digital-first environment where a proactive mindset is the key to success.

The Role

Join Randstad as a Business Services Specialist and become a vital part of one of our oldest and most successful accounts in the pharmaceutical sector. This isn’t just a data entry role; it’s a high-impact position where you will manage complex Statement of Work (SOW) processes and ensure the smooth administrative operation of a world-class business.

What we offer:

  • Stability & Support: Work on a long-standing, prestigious account with clear processes and a highly supportive team.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy a hybrid work model (1 day/week in the office for locals) and flexible working hours (core hours 10:00 – 16:00).
  • Expert Training: We offer a dedicated first month of shadowing and training to ensure you feel confident and independent by month two.
  • Growth: Gain exposure to high-level VMS tools and global corporate workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Business Services Specialist, you will be the backbone of our SOW managed solution. You will bridge the gap between clients, suppliers, and internal teams by:

  • System Navigation: Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of project records and worker tracking within systems like Fieldglass, SAP, and Aribba.
  • Financial Administration: Handling invoice processing, spend approvals (deblocking), and monitoring purchase requests (PR/PO) to ensure no delays.
  • Problem Solving: Monitoring team mailboxes to dispatch requests, updating system records for contract changes, and managing WWID extensions.
  • Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for business owners to push pending approvals and ensure compliance across the program.

What we are looking for:

  • The "Large Corporate" Mindset: You have a Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance, or Business preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, administrative environment.
  • Technical Savvy: You are a quick learner with systems. While we will train you, previous experience with ERP or VMS tools (SAP, Fieldglass) is a major plus.
  • English Proficiency: You can communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal).
  • Analytical Eye: You have a "detective" mindset—you enjoy working with numbers, spotting errors, and ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Excel Skills: You are comfortable using Excel to manage data and generate reports

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Hybrid Model: For those in Budapest, we meet in the office once a week. Living further away? We only require your presence twice a month.
  • The First Week: To give you the best start, your first 5 days will be spent on-site in our Budapest office for intensive onboarding and team bonding.
