Team Lead - Early Careers (French Speaking) (m/f/d)

Randstad Sourceright is a global talent leader, providing solutions and expertise that help companies position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility. Sourceright's experience encompasses all facets of the talent acquisition of permanent employees and the contingent and contractor workforce. Key offerings include Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Blended Workforce Solutions.

Location: Budapest, Hungary
Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week office-based policy in our Budapest hub.
Languages: English, French

The Role

The Team Lead – Early Careers  will serve as the primary bridge between our Budapest GBS hub and our French stakeholders.

Your purpose is to provide strategic delegation for senior management by taking full ownership of a team of 8 FTEs, elevating service quality through rigorous auditing, and ensuring that every new hire’s contractual journey is compliant, efficient, and seamless. This role is not just about oversight; it is about maintaining the "professional posture" and linguistic excellence required to lead in a high-stakes, international corporate environment.

What we are looking for:

An operationally-strong leader with a high level of professional "posture" to guide our Early Careers team through a period of strategic growth.

  • Linguistic Mastery: Native-level French and fluent English are essential. You will be communicating intensely with French stakeholders and clients every single day.

  • Leadership Experience: You bring 2–3 years of experience managing teams within a large-scale GBS or Shared Service Center environment (e.g., Banking, Pharma, or Professional Services).

  • Audit Mindset: You have a sharp eye for detail and experience in Quality Assurance or Auditing, particularly regarding legal documents or HR processes.

  • Educational Background: A University or Post-Graduate degree is preferred, though we prioritize proven corporate experience and leadership maturity.

  • Technical Savvy: You are comfortable navigating HRIS and digital contracting tools to drive team efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

As the Team Lead for Early Careers, you will report directly to the GPS Manager and take full ownership of the Budapest-based operational delivery.

  • Lead & Develop: Manage a team of 8 FTEs, overseeing their daily performance, professional development, and workload distribution as the team continues to scale.

  • Operational Delegation: Take over the day-to-day operational leadership from the GPS Manager, ensuring smooth service delivery without constant supervision.

  • Contract Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end creation of complex French labor contracts and onboarding documentation, ensuring they meet strict legal and company standards.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues and clients in France, managing expectations and solving complex queries in real-time.

  • Quality Control: Conduct high-level audits of team outputs to mitigate risk and ensure the highest accuracy in contractual data.

  • Process Improvement: Partner with the Senior GBS Manager to refine workflows, adapting to the re-organization and increasing volume of the Early Careers department.

We Offer:

  • Extensive on-the-job training
  • Working hybrid/remote
  • An inspiring working environment in which you, together with your team and colleagues, will make a difference for our client
  • Opportunity to work with a world-class recruitment business with leading technology, tools and innovation which allow our teams to focus on the human side of recruitment and provide a first-class experience to our candidates.
  • Work for a multi-country organization, collaborating with diverse clients and colleague
