This strategic role will focus on account development and identifying opportunities to drive new strategic initiatives and workforce solutions into our program.  This role will sit on-site at the client headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

What you get to do:

The MSP Program Manager position includes both strategic and tactical components.  This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll drive both long-term strategy and day-to-day operations across the following program areas:

  • Lead strategic account development by serving as a consultative business partner to executive sponsors and hiring managers, translating complex staffing needs into innovative workforce solutions and driving program growth.
  • Industry experience in Engineering and Advanced Technology expertise in aircraft maintenance, global logistics, and systems engineering to support mission-critical defense operations across the globe.
  • Ensure world-class operational excellence by overseeing the end-to-end MSP program, guaranteeing contractual compliance, optimizing cost controls (P&L), and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Govern the entire MSP talent ecosystem, which includes leading and developing the account PMO team, managing third-party supplier relationships, and ensuring high-quality fulfillment of Professional and Technical positions.
  • Drive program transparency by providing critical visibility through robust financial and operational reporting, forecasting, and data-driven problem-solving to enable collaborative partnership
  • Curate and maintain a high-performing supplier network for the MSP, constantly evaluating and expanding partner capabilities to guarantee optimal talent coverage and fulfillment rates across all labor categories.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across diverse labor categories, including Manufacturing/Industrial, Business Professional, Engineering, and Information Technology (IT), advising clients on market trends, appropriate rates, and effective talent sourcing strategies for each specialized vertical.
  • Provide direct and indirect leadership across the MSP program, effectively managing direct reports (PMO staff) and leveraging influence across shared services, functional support, and third-party supplier teams to achieve unified operational goals and client success.
  • Drive and own the program's P&L performance, which includes managing all budgeting, detailed forecasting to ensure profitability, optimize resource allocation, and strategically guide investment decisions

What you need to bring:

  • Staffing industry experience required
  • Industry knowledge and experience to support mission-critical defense operations across the globe
  • MSP program management, continent workforce management, or large client management experience
  • Strong MSP acumen, superior judgement and decision making skills
  • History of solving complex client situations and using data to create actionable outcomes that solve challenges
  • Vendor Management System (VMS) experience required - SAP Fieldglass experience 
  • The ability to know where you should invest your time without direction
  • Experience presenting business reviews and workforce strategies to management/executive level stakeholders
  • Impressive professionalism, communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot priorities based on business needs
  • Proficiency with tech, calendaring, organizational tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
