Client Services Manager

how you will contribute

As an on-site extension of our client’s HR function, you will act as a pivotal strategic partner managing all aspects of account operations, talent recruitment, deployment, and performance management. You will assume full responsibility for the procurement lifecycle while continuously building high-level strategic partnerships. Your core goal is to deeply understand the client's business direction, identify employment needs, and provide creative and innovative workforce solutions that actively grow and expand Randstad’s influence within the account.

your typical day includes

  • Client Engagement: Meeting with key department contacts and end users on a daily/weekly basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance, and overall service level satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining close, continuous contact with key principals at the account to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction possible.
  • Pipeline & Matching: Delivering against a consistent and effective recruiting plan to ensure the correct quality and quantity of talent is maintained in a pipeline that matches the client’s shifting needs.
  • Compliance Oversight: Coordinating and ensuring strict compliance for unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background checks, drug testing, assessments), safety, payroll, I-9 completion, and worker’s compensation.

your responsibilities include

  • Achieving budget profitability and proactively identifying opportunities for new revenue streams.
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and managing relationships with Alliance Suppliers while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Executing against aggressive account growth goals by leveraging your internal relationships and positioning Randstad Care Services (RCS) as a multi-dimensional, high-level staffing solution.
  • Consistently exceeding client expectations, while facilitating and driving organizational change in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

your background

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional business experience, with a minimum of 1 year heavily preferred within the staffing industry or the client’s specific industry of specialization.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; Master’s level coursework or a Master's degree is considered a strong plus.

The salary range for this position in $68,000-$84,000
