Join our team to take full responsibility for a complex Internal Mobility and Outplacement Program, serving as the single interface to the client and driving continuous innovation in talent solutions.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on managing complexity and driving quality. This role is responsible for the overall project success, ensuring excellence and innovation across various sub-projects within different client divisions. You will lead a small team and be instrumental in designing and delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Executive Project Leadership: Own the overall client relationship and manage a complex program, directly overseeing a second Project Manager and the Project Assistant.
• Strategic Client Interface: Serve as the primary customer interface, investigating their needs and translating them into cutting-edge solution concepts.
• Continuous Innovation: Drive quality management, quality assurance, and innovation. You will proactively establish continuous improvement processes to enhance the solution before the client recognizes the need for action.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain open lines of communication with the dedicated Account Manager concerning growth and client relationships, and manage contractual and financial matters.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Five to seven years of experience in a consulting environment or for a client. Experience in Sales and/or account management is a plus.
• Specialized Skills: Highly experienced in outplacement, coaching, training, facilitation, and conceptual design for programs. Must possess strong moderation skills.
• Language: Perfect German is critical, and good English is required.
• Location & Travel: Remote work is allowed, but you must be regularly onsite at the client location in a key hub in Southern Germany, potentially every other week for one to three days.
