how you will contribute

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. You will act as a vital link in the talent acquisition journey, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

your typical day includes

• Engaging directly with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Providing comprehensive interview scheduling and meeting coordination support.
• Leading candidates through the initial stages of the application process to ensure a positive experience.
• Managing recruitment process compliance and maintaining system administration.

your responsibilities include

• Reviewing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates before presentation.
• Collaborating with the broader team on special projects to enhance service delivery.
• Executing recruitment plans with a high degree of detail and follow-through.
• Maintaining a strong service mindset while following established, high-output processes.

your background

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of MS Office or Google products (specifically calendars and email) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Base Salary: $38,010 - $51,450 (Hourly RPO contractor position).

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
