Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Data Analyst & Insights Specialist 

how you will contribute

  • As our Data Analyst & Insights Specialist, you are the architect of our marketing intelligence. You ensure that our global campaigns are built on a foundation of high-quality, high-integrity data. By bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights, you enable us to move beyond simple automation into true data-driven decision-making, ensuring every interaction Randstad has with talent and clients is relevant and impactful.

your typical day includes

  • Data Auditing: Monitoring processes and systems to manage data quality, ensuring production data is flawless for every active campaign.
  • Performance Analysis: Deep-diving into campaign and journey data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Data Integration: Working to seamlessly integrate CRM systems and external databases with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create a 360-degree view of our audience.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Building intuitive reports and data visualizations that translate complex datasets into clear stories for our marketing and leadership teams.

your responsibilities include

  • Identifying and implementing advanced segmentation opportunities to improve campaign targeting.
  • Validating data integrity and personalization strings to ensure a premium user experience.
  • Supporting stakeholders with data-related technical issues and infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborating with global analytics and marketing teams to improve data models feeding our Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues through rigorous analysis.
  • Setting up automated reporting for journeys and campaigns to track real-time performance.

your background

  • 4+ years of experience in a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar technical analytics role.
  • SQL Expert: Advanced working knowledge of SQL and deep experience with relational databases.
  • Platform Experience: Prior experience within a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) environment is highly preferred.
  • Pipeline Architect: Proven experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and complex data sets.
  • Global Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.
