We are looking for a Business Service Specialist (French-speaking). 

Global Mission

Ensure data integrity and operational efficiency by managing the seamless transition of information between management platforms (Salesforce/MyPilot) and deployment tools (Torch). The position holder supports the activity of consultants and project managers through rigorous management of resources and training events.

Key responsibilities:

Data Flow Management and Synchronization

• Manage the interface between Salesforce (MyPilot) and Torch by creating and updating candidate files.
• Handle service upgrades or modifications by updating candidate packages on the platforms.
• Guarantee the compliance and accuracy of transferred information to prevent any service disruption.

Resource Administration and Consultant Support

• Create and configure new consultant profiles in Torch.
• Schedule and set up workshops (webinars or in-person sessions) in Torch on behalf of the consultants.
• Administer activation groups in MyPilot, ensuring the operational launch of candidate cohorts.

Project Support and Steering

• Act as a direct support for Project Managers in maintaining and updating tracking tools.
• Update steering files and databases to ensure reliable, real-time reporting.
