We seek a Recruitment Coordinator fluent in French to support our recruiters and Hiring Manager with interview scheduling and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process, including onboarding. This role is based in Budapest, Hungary, operating in a hybrid model with one day per week in the office and four days remote. Individuals residing within a two-hour radius of Budapest have the option to be in the office twice a month

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Arranging/scheduling interviews between hiring managers and the candidates, ensuring all parties are informed of the interview details
• Assisting travel arrangements and travel cost reimbursement processes.
• Assisting the onboarding process for new hires (job posting, paperwork, admin tasks)
• Utilizing our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Working closely with the hiring managers and recruiters.
• Having a good, fast, and high quality level of communication with the candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiters.
• Helping and guiding managers to manage their time/schedule for the interviews.

What you need to bring:

• Fluency in both in French (B2) and English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in HR or/and recruitment and hospitality would be a plus not mandatory.
• Confident and comfortable to handle last minute cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
