Client: Our client, one of the largest multinational life sciences  companies in the world, creates innovative products in health care and agriculture.

We are looking for a Talent Advisor who will help us support our client in the crop science department. As a Talent Advisor working with this industry leading, bio-tech company you will be part of a dynamic team working in a hybrid model in Enkhuizen. Three days on site are essential.

In this role, you will create an excellent end to end experience recruiting in a blue collar environment. As a Talent Advisor, you will bring the client experience to life for its stakeholders and be a guide and advisor to the client’s hiring community. You will need to be proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

What you will do:

• You will take ownership of  the end to end recruitment process across a variety of roles to include Sales, Service and Project Engineers.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies, including job postings, referral programs and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications.
• Serve as the sole resource responsible for both sourcing and stakeholder management, as the team does not have a dedicated sourcing function.
• Engage with production managers and other stakeholders in a hands-on, agile, straightforward, and "no nonsense" production environment.
• Providing a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilizing technology and insights and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirement.

What we would like you to have:

• Experience working in a talent acquisition / recruitment role.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting in blue collar industries
• Fluency in Dutch is required; professional proficiency in English
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience to both candidate and client.
• Being proactive, autonomous and a creative thinker.
• Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Confident working in a fast paced, demanding industry
• Attention to detail with a concern for quality
• Ability to work on-site in Enkhuizen a minimum of three days per week.
