As a Recruitment Consultant in our Mulgrave Industrial team, you will take ownership of a highly stable and profitable 360-degree desk. This is a fast-paced role dedicated to placing key technical talent—such as Forklift Drivers, Machine Operators, and Assembly Workers—across Adelaide’s busy manufacturing and distribution hubs.

You’ll be stepping into a well-maintained, warm portfolio, predominantly focused on temporary recruitment with consistent permanent opportunities. This role is perfect for a resilient professional who thrives on the sales side of the business. Whether you have 1–2 years of recruitment experience or a strong background in high-volume sales environments like Real Estate, Travel, or Retail, we value your ability to manage your time and drive new business.

You’ll join a supportive, high-tenured team of specialists in our modern city-fringe office. We offer a culture where autonomy is earned, "on the ball" organization is a must, and your success is rewarded through a lucrative individual commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

  • A minimum of 1- 2 years of recruitment agency
  • You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
  • A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
  • As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
  • You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
  • We’re looking for someone who’s shown commitment and stability in their previous roles
