As a strategic Talent Advisor, you will leverage your commercial mindset to drive a premier MSP program and deliver data-driven hiring solutions in a high-impact, consultative environment.

In this full-time role, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager and main point-of-contact for our biotech client. The role is responsible for requisition fulfillment and relationship management with staffing suppliers and hiring managers to maintain our strategic partnership and promote program growth.

 What you get to do:

• Collaborate with internal MSP consultants and direct source recruiters to prioritize cost-effective talent delivery and maximize program profitability
• Manage the end-to-end requisition process and timely fulfillment of staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, staffing suppliers and internal teams
• Act as point of contact for contingent workforce
• Maximize all opportunities to expand client relationships and MSP services

What you need to bring:

• Ability to work onsite full-time at client facility in Portsmouth, NH
• Proven experience with VMS technology (VNDLY preferred) and requisition fulfillment.
• 3+ years of staffing industry, Life Sciences HR, or MSP experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates
• A high sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• A flexible "can-do" attitude
• Strong work ethic and motivation for personal success
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

The base salary for this role is $83,200-$93,600
