The Opportunity

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our partnership with one of our global clients in the UK. Having successfully managed their RPO (Permanent Hiring), we have now been awarded the MSP (Contingent Workforce) contract to deliver a truly Integrated Talent solution.

We are looking for an MSP Talent Advisor to join us at this pivotal moment. You won't be starting from scratch—you’ll be leveraging an established brand reputation and existing stakeholder relationships to implement and stabilise our new contingent labour solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Evolution: Support the transition of the client’s contingent hiring from an ad-hoc model to a structured, high-performing MSP.
• Process Optimisation: Implement best-practice workflows within the Swiss regulatory framework.
• VMS Adoption: Drive the engagement and utilisation of the Vendor Management System (VMS) across the Swiss business units.
• Supplier Management: Curate and manage a high-performing supply chain of niche Swiss staffing.

Who You Are

• UK Market Native: You are comfortable navigating the legalities of UK hiring and have a strong grasp of local market rates and candidate behaviours.
• Consultative Mindset: You don’t just take orders; you provide data-driven insights that help hiring managers make better workforce decisions.
