We are currently looking for an Operations Training Specialist to help support our client, based in Poland.

We are looking for an Operations Training Specialist to join our client in Cracow in a hybrid mode – 2 days from the office in the future, for now remotely from Poland. 

🌟 Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collaboration with employees to coordinate and facilitate training initiatives.
  • Managing the communication and execution of training programs at the corporate level.
  • Organizing training events and maintaining accurate records using client systems.
  • Serving as a key contact for managers and employees regarding Learning & Development (L&D) inquiries.
  • Handling all administrative tasks meticulously and within deadlines.
  • Managing relationships with external training providers to ensure quality delivery.
  • Monitoring and evaluating trainee progress through feedback questionnaires and manager discussions.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–2 years of experience in training coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in event and training logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in handling administrative duties.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team and company culture.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a data-driven mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or similar tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Open to work in hybrid mode from the Cracow office – 2 days per week.
