As MSP Team Leader you will have operational and financial responsibility for our current direct sourcing team and to drive delivery on our current MSP clients and any new client engagements and partnerships through the strategic application of company and client resources. Together with the leadership team you will develop and implement business plans, processes, strategy, and skills to establish and improve service delivery and engagement success. As a consultative partnership manager you will seek and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered.

You will be involved in the day to day operations of direct sourcing delivery including, budget planning and will be responsible for media budget management for your assigned account and you will foster operational and strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with your client clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Day to day operations management
  • Managing clients relationships and expectations, and providing innovative solutions to solve client needs
  • Managing accounts performances to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are exceeded
  • Taking responsibility for delivering a prescribed budgets for media usage
  • Communicate client needs to the team and relevant RSR internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Effective Supplier Management
  • Escalation management, ensure timely resolution, direct corrective action as needed
  • Identifying and implementing continuous process improvement activities
  • Building own capabilities and developing the capabilities of direct reports by working within an existing development framework
  • Coaching and mentoring team to meet service level(s) required and ensure best practice process is followed
  • Preparing and attending formal regular review meetings with the client and Randstad Stakeholders
  • Coordinating MI/BI activities and drive reportings and market insights
  • Provide induction, development, reward, and succession planning

What will you bring:

  • Proven track record of management experience in the recruitment industry managing teams with MSP
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage a program, tasks, and/or initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to visit Budapest office  per week 
  • Good understanding of the EMEA labor market
  • ATS/Vendor Management System knowledge
