Job Purpose

We are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager (German speaking). This is a high-impact, dual-facing role responsible for driving a holistic improvement strategy across our EMEA regions.

You will be the bridge between global strategy and local execution—instilling best practices and ensuring our account teams have the resources to thrive. Beyond day-to-day performance, you will lead the implementation of key global initiatives, including our Early Success and Account Fit programs. Your goal is to deliver innovation through account-aligned projects and new service offerings, ensuring we meet our delivery goals while supporting the long-term growth and retention of our global clients.

What you will do in this position:

  • Leading and delivering a broad range of core Operational Excellence services and global programs, including Account Fit, Stabilisation/Early Success, and Service Improvement initiatives, ensuring a structured and universal approach across the business.
  • Identifying and implementing operational changes and process improvements to drive performance, while ensuring full contractual and legislative compliance and enhancing existing operating models.
  • Creating continuous improvement account roadmaps in partnership with Account Management, utilizing a deep understanding of the MSP or RPO end-to-end life cycle to objectively analyze and improve account processes.
  • Introducing innovative talent tools and technologies to improve the stakeholder experience and developing new best practices to roll out globally after identifying specific needs within individual accounts.
  • Collaborating across global workstreams and internal teams—including NAM and APAC Operational Excellence—while managing and influencing direct or indirect reports and stakeholders to align with excellence standards.
  • Driving 360-degree feedback initiatives, such as Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Team programs, to continuously enhance service delivery and gather actionable insights.
  • Knowledge sharing of best practice strategies at an account level, with the foresight to develop these regionally or globally to the benefit of the wider RSR business.

What we ask from you:

  • Fluent professional-level German (written and verbal) is a critical requirement for this role.
  • Extensive experience within MSP or RPO environments, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, contractuals, and best practice processes.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence for both onsite and off-site teams, with the ability to develop and deliver complex business plans and regional strategies.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with and advise Client Service Directors, Heads of Functions, and executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of LEAN, Agile, or Six Sigma (Lean White Belt minimum; Yellow Belt preferred).
  • Proficiency in project methodologies (Prince2, Waterfall, or Agile) to manage SLAs, compliance, and commercial procedures in a results-driven environment.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies (VMS, ATS, CRM) and productivity suites (GSuite and Microsoft Office, including Visio).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, both independently and collaboratively, while monitoring current industry trends and legislative changes.

What we can offer for you:

  • Full support of dedicated Buddy who will help you in adjusting to the new workplace
  • Clear development path and a supporting manager who wants you to succeed as much you do
  • A competitive salary with extra benefits and a rewarding bonus scheme
  • Focus on your strengths and supportive feedback to help you excel in your work
  • Inclusion and diversity - we value our people for their differences and believe that each of us brings unique talents to the team
  • Use of foreign language, supporting business growth not only of our company but our various global Clients
  • Truly multicultural environment
  • Work-life balance - with us you will feel fulfilled in your career while having time to continue to enrich your private life by new experiences, passions, and meaningful interactions with your family and friends
