Senior Talent Advisor  

how you will contribute

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand project pipelines and identify talent gaps to help inform talent demand planning.
  • Design and execute sophisticated engagement strategies for passive, senior-level candidates, ensuring a white-glove experience that aligns with the complexity of the roles and the seniority of the individuals.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end direct sourcing frameworks for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill vacancies globally.
  • Contribute to the talent strategy for new business wins, creating scalable models to rapidly deploy specialist technical teams in areas such as Cloud, Security, and Mainframe modernization.
  • Conduct pipelining and research to ensure high-quality talent funnels and actionable market intelligence.
  • Provide data-driven insights on competitor movement, localized talent availability, and compensation benchmarks to create better hiring outcomes.
  • Continuously refine personal sourcing methodologies and attraction utilization to improve quality of submittals and decrease time-to-hire for complex roles.

your typical day includes

  • The ability to pivot between high-level talent demand planning and the granular execution of a niche technical search
  • You must demonstrate the confidence to challenge hiring managers on market realities, using data to shift expectations and improve hiring outcomes
  • You should be able to demonstrate how you engage passive, senior-level talent by articulating a compelling narrative around technical journey and complex project landscape
  • You should be comfortable presenting market maps and funnel metrics that provide commercial visibility into the talent landscape
  • Experience navigating the nuances of different international markets - understanding that the engagement strategy for specific skill-sets and regions may vary
  • You demonstrate a proactive, solution-first approach to talent roadblocks

your responsibilities include

  • Strategic Talent Planning: Partnering with hiring leaders to inform talent demand planning, providing data-driven insights on competitor movement, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks to influence hiring outcomes.
  • Direct Sourcing and Engagement: Designing and executing sophisticated, white-glove engagement strategies for passive, senior-level candidates, and developing end-to-end direct sourcing frameworks for specialist roles.
  • Business Growth Contribution: Supporting the talent strategy for new business wins, including creating scalable models to rapidly deploy technical teams (e.g., in Cloud, Security, Mainframe modernization).
  • Talent Funnel and Process Improvement: Conducting research and pipelining to ensure high-quality talent funnels, and continuously refining personal sourcing methodologies to improve candidate quality and decrease time-to-hire.
  • Market Expertise: Pivoting between high-level demand planning and granular technical searches, challenging hiring managers with market realities, and navigating the nuances of different international markets.

your background

  • 5 to 8 or more years of progressively responsible experience in specialist, full-cycle, or strategic talent acquisition.
  • Strategic Consultant: Leading the talent strategy for new business wins and providing data-driven insights to influence hiring outcomes.
  • Sophisticated Engagement: Designing and executing white-glove engagement strategies for passive, senior-level candidates.
  • Pipelining Specialists: Ensure high quality talent funnels, providing actional market intelligence by researching and gather data on talent landscape
  • Market Expertise: Challenging hiring managers on market realities and navigating the nuances of different

Our employment conditions reflect this; 

The pay salary for this position range is $80,800 - $121,200. This is a contract RPO position
