Role Purpose

The Project Manager (SPMO) supports the global RPO account by planning, coordinating, and executing operational, process, and improvement projects across regions. Overseer's multiple projects, aligns and steers internal and external clients and stakeholders and leads the design of the project plan

This is a client- and internal-facing role focused on:

  • Ensuring smooth post–go-live stabilization
  • Delivering operational improvement projects
  • Supporting process adoption and standardization
  • Coordinating reporting, analytics, and billing governance activities
  • Ensuring adherence to contractual, procedural, and compliance requirements

The Project Manager ensures that delivery teams (on-site and off-site) are equipped to operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with RSR standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Supports solution, as a project manager, ensuring a steady state post implementation. 
  • Support Client Service Directors, Account Directors, and Account Managers by coordinating operational and improvement projects.
  • Act as a liaison between onsite delivery teams, off-site shared services (GBS, CoEs), and account leadership.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, communications, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support preparation for client governance meetings by providing project updates, insights, and supporting materials.
  1. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Gather and analyse performance data to identify improvement areas.
  • Support development and delivery of improvement plans alongside account leadership.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation to leadership.
  • Support audits, health checks, and Account Fit Assessment activities with GBS and Operational Excellence.
  • Maintain documentation of process updates, procedures, and SOP changes.
  1. Post–Go-Live Process Embedding
  • Coordinate implementation and adoption of new workflows, processes, and operating models following go-live.
  • Monitor process adherence and identify areas requiring refresher training or clarification.
  • Ensure global consistency across regions and teams in line with RSR ways of working.
  • Ensures success of billing and reporting solutions in accordance with clients offering and contractual commitments. 
  1. Reporting, Analytics, Finance & Billing Support
  • Support assessment and maintenance of reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Coordinate with finance, data, and delivery teams to validate data and documentation for billing or invoicing.
  • Track and follow up on reporting accuracy, data discrepancies, and monthly governance deadlines.
  1. Risk, Compliance & Governance Support
  • Assist with monitoring of risk logs, compliance checks, and mitigation actions.
  • Ensure documentation, processes, and operational activity meet contractual and internal RSR compliance requirements.
  • Support leadership in resolving operational issues or queries related to compliance.

Key Requirements

Experience working within an RPO account (global preferred).

Experience supporting or managing projects and improvement initiatives.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PMI, or similar beneficial).

Strong skills in organizing, planning, prioritizing, and coordinating workstreams.

Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into project tasks and actions.

Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational quality measures.

Basic understanding of financial processes, billing, or invoicing within an outsourced service model.

Strong stakeholder management across global/matrixed environments.

Excellent communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Knowledge of project management.

Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management.

Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.

  • Timely and effective embedding of post–go-live processes across all regions.
  • Improved operational performance and SLA/KPI achievement rates.
  • Reduction in process deviations, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Clear and accurate financial/billing governance with reduced errors or escalations.
  • Implementation of a structured continuous improvement roadmap with measurable outcomes.
  • Positive feedback from client stakeholders and internal leadership.
