As the recruitment market evolves, we recognize the critical importance of employer branding to attract, engage, and retain talent. We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to lead the Employer Branding strategy for a key global client vertical.
In this role, you will sit at the heart of our Talent Access Practice, blending creativity with data to drive attraction strategies. You will work within a flexible environment that prioritizes output and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the employer branding and attraction strategy for your client vertical, including media planning and campaign execution.
Act as the trusted client-facing expert, leading workshops, presentations, and sales pitches.
Collaborate with digital, creative, and media teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent marketing activities.
Mentor and coach Talent Marketing Managers and specialists to drive team excellence.
Analyze talent marketing data to identify trends, optimize spend, and drive ROI.
Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as an account lead in Employer Branding or Talent Marketing (In-house or Agency is essential).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes within RPO or MSP environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and presentations.
Proficiency in English and Google Suite.
