Job purpose:

The Early Career Sourcing Recruiter (With French)  plays a crucial role in the recruitment process of apprentices and interns, primarily responsible for sourcing and screening the right talents. This involves managing job requisitions, publishing job advertisements, conducting initial candidate screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process for early career candidates.

Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from home. Our team meets once a week at the Budapest office located in Gateway Office Park (Dunavirág u. 2, 1138). For those with a commute of two hours or more, we only require you to be in the office twice a month.

What you will do:

• Receive and manage job requisitions (JR) for early career positions
• Perform quality checks on job requisitions and publish job advertisements
• Confirm reception of requests and send invitations for Intake Calls
• Send "Secure Hiring" surveys and Hirevue requests to candidates
• Review candidate videos, surveys, and "Secure Hiring" statuses
• Prepare candidate shortlists and complete candidate screening forms
• Contact selected candidates and check their eligibility for the apprenticeship or internship
• Contact other shortlisted candidates if the initial selection does not agree to the apprenticeship/internship.
