The Global Sales Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) was established to drive Randstad’s ability to win, retain, and expand business across all service lines and specializations, providing dedicated support to Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts (GESA), International Accounts and local mid-market RPO and MSP customers.
The CoE’s key objectives are to:
- Enable greater growth in high-volume OTS and PTS business with our largest global clients and prospects.
- Increase success in winning large, complex, truly global buying clients.
- Expand opportunities to deliver Randstad’s full suite of services to international clients and local mid-market sized organizations (the primary focus for mid-market growth is in Europe).
- Close local market gaps in selling RPO, MSP, and career transition services.
- Simplify how we work, empowering markets to sell and deliver our complete service portfolio with confidence and agility.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, direction, and commercial performance of the mid-market MSP and RPO portfolio across key markets. You will drive the execution of a consistent, high-impact sales enablement model. You will be accountable for partnering with the Markets teams to significantly increase win rates, optimize profitability, and standardize the end-to-end commercial process for mid-market clients.
This position requires a strategic vision for scaling solutions in the mid-market segment, strong P&L awareness, and exceptional ability to drive cross-functional alignment across sales, delivery, and transformation teams globally. Crucially, while leading the mid-market CoE, you must be effective at leading and influencing a substantial proportion of resources who will report to you on a dotted-line basis.
The mid-market CoE provides best-in-class, dedicated support to accelerate the growth and expansion of our mid-market MSP and RPO business. You will drive the standardization and continuous improvement of the mid-market MSP/RPO service portfolio across global markets. This includes ensuring all mid-market MSP and RPO propositions are designed and developed in concert with the Enterprise Talent Solutions service design team to maintain alignment and scale.
This position will report to the Global CoE Leader. This leader will be instrumental in driving growth of mid market (MM) RPO and MSP deals (typically less than $5M GP), ensuring delivery of innovative, customer-focused solutions that align with Randstad's overall requirements. This role will focus on building and scaling the capabilities across Randstad and collaborating closely with regional and global teams to ensure effective sales solutions, tender responses, pricing and commercial support.
The leader needs to be able to manage high peak volumes across multiple accounts and opportunities originating across many countries. The leader will need to be able manage high priority pursuits in parallel.
The leader will collaborate and manage various aspects of the sales process which could include: bid/opportunity management, bid content, solution design, legal, contracting, negotiations, customer reporting, contract management, and administration with teams located across the globe.

As the Global Head for the Mid-Market CoE you will define the overarching vision, mandate, and roadmap for the function globally. You will:
- Global Strategy and Standardization
- Lead the initiative, in partnership with the Transformation Office, to create and deploy a standardized sales and delivery model for MSP and RPO solutions that is specifically tailored, efficient, and scalable for mid-market organizations worldwide.
- Drive the CoE's measurable impact on the global mid-market P&L by increasing new business win rates, improving margin profiles and ensuring the commercial viability of all mid-market solution designs.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across Global Functions and Markets (e.g., UK, France, BeNe, Germany, Switzerland) to adopt the CoE's standardized approaches, driving a cohesive and consistent mid-market client experience.
- Sales Enablement & Commercial Excellence
- Oversee the provision of expert sales enablement advice and support to national account and single-country sales opportunities, ensuring the CoE underpins the delivery of high-quality MSP/RPO proposals and commercial models that accelerate deal closure.
- Drive the development of tailored, high-value solution architectures for mid-market clients, ensuring flexibility while adhering to global core standards.
- Ensure all pricing and solution designs mitigate commercial and legislative risks inherent in multi-country and complex single-market mid-market deals.
- Delivery Model Innovation and Cost Optimization
- Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of the mid-market MSP/RPO service portfolio across global markets.
- Lead efforts to create innovative, future-proof delivery models focused on cost reduction and profitability enhancement. This includes leveraging automation, nearshore/offshore capabilities, and new technologies.
- Ensure delivery models are designed to reduce client costs while achieving acceptable internal profitability targets and maintaining high service quality e.g. optimizing the capability and capacity of the Global Business Services Centre in Hyderabad.
- Team Development & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of solution design, commercial, and sales enablement professionals within the Mid-Market CoE, many of whom will be dotted-line reports. This requires exceptional leadership through influence, partnership, and clear direction-setting.
- Drive continuous improvement of the CoE's capabilities by identifying skill gaps, curating targeted training programs (e.g., in automation tools, near/offshore models, mid-market pricing strategies), and building/cultivating a culture of expertise and commercial rigor.
- Oversee the centralization and continuous updating of all mid-market commercial assets, best practices, and solution designs. This requires strong collaboration with the Global Head of Knowledge Management to ensure the CoE effectively acts as the central Knowledge Hub for sales enablement within Randstad Group.
