As an Expert Talent Advisor on our one of our RPO accounts, you will do more than fill roles; you will become a strategic partner, driving innovation and crafting future-proof talent strategies for one of the world's most renowned brands.
The Expert Talent Advisor is an essential business role, providing strategic value across our client programs. In this position, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy while managing a proven vacancy portfolio. You will be aligned specifically with an RPO program, acting as a single point of contact for key stakeholders.
In this RPO environment, you won't be bogged down by initial sourcing—our sourcing recruitment partners handle top-of-funnel activities, allowing you to focus on high-level advisory and screening the best shortlisted talent.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing complex talent problems and developing sustainable business solutions.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse market insights from internal and external sources to advise stakeholders on trends and data-driven strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with ING Business Leaders and HRBPs to shape the environment for success.
Portfolio Management: Maintain a proven track record of managing a diverse vacancy portfolio with excellence.
Innovation: Proactively identify and implement innovative ideas and concepts to keep the ING account ahead in a dynamic market.
Candidate Experience: Screen shortlisted candidates and partner with global teams to ensure an excellent candidate journey.
Proven Experience: Significant background in a similar Talent Advisory or RPO role within a global organisation.
Consultative Mindset: A "helicopter view" that allows you to identify unique opportunities to create value and address complex challenges.
Data Literacy: The ability to use data to identify trends, solve problems, and present complex information with clarity
Innovation Focus: A track record of implementing process improvements and innovative client solutions.
Flexibility: Comfort with a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days in the London office)
