Global Enterprise Strategic Account Leader

 

Are you a seasoned, global executive who excels at managing and growing large, complex, high value enterprise client relationships? We are looking for a Global Enterprise Strategic Account Leader who is a trusted advisor.  In this role you would lead C-suite conversations, drive significant commercial outcomes, and orchestrate vast, globally dispersed teams to deliver sophisticated workforce solutions.

In this role, you are not defined by a single skill set but by a blend of three core leadership archetypes: the Enterprise Account Leader, the Workforce Solutions Expert, and the Global Sales Strategist.

It is essential to have the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity. You will act as orchestrators for a portfolio of global accounts, responsible for the overall strategy encompassing various business lines and requiring strategic thinking alongside handling operational tasks. You will engage in high-level discussions with stakeholders to drive innovation and be responsible for business development and growth.

 

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Deep understanding of financial metrics and business profitability.
  • Demonstrable skill in leading negotiations for complex, multi-year global deals.
  • The ability to build deep, influential, and honest relationships with senior executives. You will be seen as a partner, advisor - not a vendor. 
  • Understanding the operational complexities of delivering talent solutions services globally.
  • Lead large-scale workforce transformation or implementation programs.
  • Experience leading, motivating and developing large geographically dispersed teams.
  • Genuine commitment to mentoring talent and developing high-potential leader.
  • The ability to communicate in German is desirable but not essential for the position.
  • Proximity to client and global travel required.
  • Strategic thinking - demonstrates industry and business acumen to partner with our clients to develop strategic value add solutions that helps them differentiate in the market and across their competitors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders showing emotional intelligence and humility.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data acumen with analytics and insights backing up account strategy.
  • Strong technical acumen and understand solutions and market offerings that will enhance delivery and process improvements to drive profitability and SLAs.

 

what you will bring

  • Experience: A minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise level sales and account management with a strong background in client services.
  • Global Experience: Proven ability to manage large, global accounts across multiple geographies and industries in a complex service portfolio.  Demonstrated track record of growing accounts, cross functional sales and expanding the footprint of services across a client (buyers and services).  
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing global teams and building relationships with senior client executives (C-suite, VP level).
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record of growing revenue base, selling services across specializations and building long-term client relationships.  Business acumen and demonstrated capability in contract negotiations.
  • The ability to communicate in in German is desirable but not essential
