An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional & experienced leader to join our esteemed Finance & Accounting Recruitment team in NSW as a Senior Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, lead a team, and excel in a senior leadership capacity. As a key member of our Professionals leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Partner for Talent strategy.

About the Role

  • You will lead a team of up to 15 full time employees, fostering collaboration and strengthening the identity of our Accounting specialization across NSW.
  • Focus on increasing our market share of recruitment services to enhance return on sales.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture, enabling individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Oversee branch financials, focusing on P&L performance, cost management, and gross profit growth.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by generating and providing high-quality sales leads to the team, while achieving both individual and team billing targets.
  • Inspire and lead an experienced team to enhance individual performance and productivity.
  • Craft and execute plans that boost team efficiency and market visibility.
  • Demonstrate inspirational leadership, communicate with impact, and lead by example.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in leadership and team management within the agency accounting recruitment sector.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
