While this role does not have direct team management responsibilities, you will operate as a strategic partner and delivery enabler - collaborating closely with regional TA delivery teams and sourcing leads, aligning recruitment initiatives with consulting business objectives, and interfacing directly with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable recruitment plans across functions and geographies.
  • Ensure delivery against key performance metrics (e.g., time to fill, quality of hire, candidate experience).

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and address process gaps, inefficiencies, or delivery risks in partnership with internal delivery leads.
  • Monitor service levels and KPIs, proactively addressing challenges or escalations.
  • Support ongoing optimization of sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and demand forecasting.

Consulting Market Insight & Talent Intelligence

  • Maintain awareness of trends in the professional services and consulting talent markets.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal analytics teams to deliver regular reporting and workforce planning support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Talent Delivery Director with operational planning, governance reviews, and strategic workforce discussions.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and solution design teams as needed for change requests or service adaptations.
  • Participate in QBRs and planning sessions as a representative of consulting practice delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce planning, ideally within or supporting consulting/professional services.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to business leaders.
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in talent metrics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

Attributes

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building capability.
  • Adaptable and proactive; comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Commercially savvy and able to link recruitment delivery to business outcomes.
