Are you a strategic recruitment leader with a passion for driving high-performance RPO solutions? We are looking for an Account Director to spearhead our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) delivery for a prestige client in Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, you won't just manage a contract; you will be the architect of a tailored talent solution, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within a global recruitment leader.
As the Account Director, you are the bridge between client vision and operational execution. Your mission is to ensure we don't just fill seats, but provide a transformative recruitment experience.
Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the long-term development of the RPO program and lead high-impact strategic projects within Randstad Sourceright.
Client Relationship Management: Lead regular performance reviews, managing SLAs and service delivery to ensure world-class client satisfaction.
Team Development: Mentor and guide a diverse team of Talent Advisors, Sourcers, and Admins, championing a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Operational Excellence: Maintain optimal team composition to ensure the account remains profitable, efficient, and agile.
To thrive in this environment, you’ll need a blend of commercial acumen and people-first leadership.
Proven Experience: A background as a Delivery Manager or Account Director within a reputable staffing agency, RPO/MSP provider, or a sophisticated In-house TA function.
Multilingual Capability: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to support our regional stakeholders and candidate pools.
People Management: Demonstrated success in managing teams across both remote and onshore environments.
Data-Driven Mindset: A genuine passion for recruitment trends, employer branding, and using data to inform talent strategies.
Strategic Vision: Experience developing robust business plans and end-to-end recruitment strategies.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Work Style: This role requires a collaborative, hands-on approach with 4 days per week onsite to ensure seamless integration with the client and your local team.
