The Sr. Operational Excellence Manager supports and partners with Operational Accounts and across RSR on a global scale to drive constant improvement and innovation in order to deliver higher performance levels, service excellence and ultimately to strive for perfection.   The team provides Performance Excellence, Compliance Excellence and Operational Transformation.

What you’ll do:

• Drive higher performance levels and innovation through the delivery of account aligned projects
• Deliver products & services to ensure delivery teams are operating efficiently
• Work closely with Operational Account teams and senior client stakeholders such as procurement, HR and IT professionals to identify root cause analysis and provide relevant solutions
• Create continuous improvement account roadmaps in partnership with Account Management and work to deliver them
• Introduce innovative talent tools and technologies to improve stakeholder experience

What you will bring:

• RPO and/or MSP exposure on a multi-country level
• Experience in ATS and/or VMS systems
• Project management skills
• Excellent Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex environments
• Data and reporting capability and an analytical mindset
