The Role

For our MSP client, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Advisor who will be supporting one of a major global pharmaceutical companies.

The Talent Advisor will work as part of the Client Account Management team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to the hiring managers with their contingent / temporary and contract recruitment. The key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders within the client and all suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account and requisition management
  • Key stakeholder management and engagement, providing specialist advice & guidance on recruitment policies & procedures & best practice to the client
  • Point of contact for escalations and process improvement
  • Management and data capture on our Vendor Management System - Fieldglass
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
  • Effectively managing and utilising our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
  • Execute periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs.

What you will need to bring

  • Experience in the recruitment/admin/HR or customer service sector. Experience within MSP, VMS systems, or managing external hiring would be added value
  • Being confident advisor who can guide and convince stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Fluency in German and English language
  • Being process-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously without losing track
  • Strong communication skills and can easily switch between contacts with managers, HR, and external suppliers.
  • Willingness to learn and proactiveness
