purpose of the job

 

As an MSP Team Lead, you will create and drive the programs and processes that help us find,

hire and develop the best talent in the world. You will directly manage, coach and develop team

members and provide day-to-day supervision. You will monitor and assist team members in a

matrix based environment to ensure the client requirements are met. Develop and maintain a

positive working relationship with the onsite partners and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
  • Provide support and collaborate with onshore partners and clients
  • Coordinate and facilitate all employee on-boarding activities
  • Assess and audit quality of work according to established metrics, goals and expected
  • Performance levels for all team members; provide feedback and coaching as needed in partnership with manager
  • Identify areas of process improvement and provide recommendations to streamline efficiencies
  • Act as first point of contact for escalations - investigate root causes and provide
  • recommended next steps
  • Collaborate on special projects
  • May act as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and
  • Communicates process/project plans and timelines
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily/ weekly account goals
  • Regularly monitor and motivate team to meet performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and
  • KPIs are being met
  • Act as gatekeeper for process documentation and assist manager with reporting
  • Ensure that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meet
  • compliance and SLA/ KPI tracking
  • Maintain working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologies
  • Act as backup to manager in communicating with client and team members

 

Position Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Degree holder with 4+ years experience in staffing or MSP account management
  • Should have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 20 team members and excellent stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and payroll tools/solutions
  • Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actions
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision making and a systems-thinking style when problem solving
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/ or business data
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Demonstrated success working on teams
  • Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to take direction and execute a plan
  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
