About the role

Are you a confident and ambitious sales recruitment consultant with a passion for the Civil and Building Trades industry? We're looking for a proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Melbourne. We are open for this person to work from our Mulgrave, CBD or Essendon Fields office. 

You'll be taking over a desk with a strong market maps of clients in VIC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and capitalise on significant earning potential.

What you'll be doing:

• Focus on recruiting for a variety of temporary trades roles for the construction industry
• Proactively manage a 360 recruitment desk, handling everything from business development to client and candidate management
• Conduct regular client site visits to build and maintain strong relationships
• Source, screen, and place top-tier talent
• Work autonomously and manage your desk to maximise your potential

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment or a related sales role within the trades or construction industry
• A confident, ambitious, and highly motivated personality who thrives in a client-facing environment
• A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable visiting client sites and building a strong network
• Someone who is self-motivated and doesn't require micromanagement to succeed
