As an Implementation Manager in the TUX team, you are responsible for the successful implementation of a custom VMS system, we create customised platforms and this role will implement the platform mainly for MSP/ RPO solutions. Operating within a fast-paced landscape, you will serve as the central point of contact between the technical team, internal stakeholders within RSR, and designated client representatives. Depending on the implementation type, you may present TUX as one workstream to a broader RSR implementation team or lead the implementation independently on behalf of TUX. In either scenario, you will ensure adherence to project timelines, effective expectation management, and the attainment of client satisfaction. In this capacity, you will be expected to concurrently oversee multiple implementations of varying complexity, necessitating the capacity to rapidly assimilate new information and readily adapt to evolving priorities and shifting circumstances.

This is a predominantly remote position with some travel expected. The role is to be based in Europe.



Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of TUX-specific deliverables in alignment with implementation requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential TUX-related issues or obstacles.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between TUX's technical experts and the broader project team, facilitating communication and resolving TUX-related issues.
  • Collaborate as part of a larger project team, focusing primarily on the TUX workstream, and adhere to the project manager's guidance to ensure timely completion of TUX-related deliverables in accordance with the overall project plan.
  • Forster and establish clear communication channels and manage expectations with both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Workstream Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure successful TUX implementation.
  • Advise clients on technical aspects of the TUX platform and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary driver of TUX-driven projects, ensuring that meetings are scheduled, progress is tracked, and necessary actions are taken.
  • Lead the coordination of workstreams, including legal, marketing, tech, solution design, and communication, to ensure alignment and progress toward successful implementation.
  • Participate in steering committees, providing insights into project progress, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project dynamics, client demands, or internal challenges.

 

What you will need:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the HR tech and tools.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, organization, and documentation.
  • Experience within the HR Tech ecosystem or valid experience in a SaaS start-up/scale-up company.
  • You speak native or near-native English.
  • You possess strong communication skills, you do not shy away from client-facing experiences, are hands-on and have a high level of responsibility.
  • Experience with corporations and/or working with bigger companies is a plus. 
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Proficiency in coordinating the completion of all implementation related deliverables and supporting with providing clear instructions and support as needed.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills and the ability to ask critical follow-up questions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, demonstrating cultural awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
