You will collaborate with local HR teams, global stakeholders, and our system implementation partner to ensure quality and consistency in all migration activities. Beyond execution, you will set standards, implement automation, and embed change management practices that enable global adoption of data models and processes. Leveraging tools such as KNIME and Alteryx, you’ll drive automation in data transformation and validation to reduce manual checks and improve accuracy. You will create and manage data quality trackers, repositories, and FAQs, support UAT activities, and guide change management by helping local teams adopt global standards and take ownership of data quality. You will maintain regular status reports on all data migration activities, identify potential risks and recommendations. Finally, you’ll manage team performance and professional growth through regular coaching, feedback, and structured development.
