about the job

You will support a customer-specific education reimbursement program. You will become an expert in both our internally developed and proprietary software and third-party tools. As a retraining & educational assistance program administrator, you will be the go-to resource for participant satisfaction and program support, workflow improvement suggestions, and general support of delivery service. Preference to candidates in the EST time zone.

what you will do

  • Learn and become fluent with our platform and operating metrics to confirm service standards are met and exceeded; interpret data and communicate results via reports and presentations; and actively participate in implementing the resulting initiatives
  • Create and manage operational email templates 
  • Manage user communication and follow up to support program service questions and usage
  • Triage participant responses and adjust programs when necessary
  • Communicate with participants via email and phone
  • Partner with Team managers 
  • Leverage technical and product knowledge to troubleshoot any issues
  • Support daily admin needs
  • Conduct ad hoc projects for ongoing operational needs as necessary

skills you will need

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in data analysis, data tracking, and reports 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the outstanding ability to construct professionally written emails
  • Customer service and solutions-oriented attitude, ‘helping’ and ‘problem-solving’ are your middle names
  • Problem-solving and thorough research skills to provide answers and resolutions to participants
  • General knowledge of business operations, preferably in university or education environments (financial aid, admissions, etc.)
  • Strong Google Workspace knowledge
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and providing recommendations
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a home office, and have the ability to be able to multi-task and be functionally productive and efficient while working across teams
  • Sense of urgency/Bias for action
  • Ability to scale hours up/down as needed, with the understanding that business levels will vary
  • Quiet work environment that is conducive to being on the telephone and meetings
