Role Purpose

The Sourcing Director – North America is responsible for leading the end-to-end sourcing strategy, delivery excellence, and talent innovation across a diverse RPO client portfolio. This role drives operational performance, client partnership, and people leadership, ensuring scalable, high-quality sourcing outcomes that enable client success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Define and execute the North America sourcing strategy aligned with regional business goals and client hiring needs.
  • Partner with delivery and account leaders to align sourcing capacity, capability, and priorities to meet SLAs and business targets.
  • Champion data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across all sourcing operations.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee sourcing delivery across 24 RPO client programs, ensuring SLA adherence, compliance, and consistent quality of submittals.
  • Establish governance frameworks for performance tracking, funnel management, and productivity optimization.
  • Drive operational consistency through standardized processes, technology utilization, and automation initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing market insights, sourcing analytics, and hiring strategies.
  • Lead quarterly governance reviews showcasing performance metrics, innovation, and continuous improvement outcomes.
  • Partner with internal client delivery and global sourcing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and proactive issue resolution.

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 130+ sourcing professionals across onshore and offshore delivery locations.
  • Build leadership bench strength through structured coaching, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and engagement across all sourcing teams.

Data, Insights & Innovation

  • Leverage analytics to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and showcase sourcing impact through insights dashboards.
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and advanced sourcing tools to enhance efficiency and talent engagement.
  • Build a market intelligence framework to advise clients on talent availability, trends, and competitor benchmarks.

Key Success Measures

  • SLA & KPI adherence (TAT, quality, conversion, and client satisfaction)
  • Productivity and efficiency metrics per sourcer/account
  • Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and renewal success
  • Team engagement, retention, and leadership readiness
  • Automation adoption and process improvement impact

Ideal Profile

  • 12–18+ years of progressive experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, with significant exposure to RPO delivery models.
  • Proven success in leading large, distributed sourcing teams across multiple clients or geographies.
  • Strong data orientation, operational governance experience, and client-facing maturity.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational rigor and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
