The Account Director will have overall customer success responsibility for assigned accounts with a focus on account retention, customer satisfaction, establishing client relationships, and contributing to maximizing revenue potential.

This role will partner with regional customer success leads and work closely with multiple Randstad RiseSmart stakeholders including ops & delivery, finance, marketing and global region leads.

What You Will Do

• Ensure successful implementation of new customers or projects with existing customers through partnership with customer stakeholders and internal functional stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for streamlining the onboarding and ongoing account management requirements
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders providing guidance and support for all career related needs
• Lead negotiation, closing and contracting of renewal or expansion opportunities in partnership with SET
• Monitor participant and customer surveys ensuring expectations are consistently being met or exceeded; follow-up on all potential issues for resolution
• Partner with finance team to insure accuracy of invoicing and support collection of past due A/R
• Ensure contract compliance, client expectations and SLA’s are consistently met or exceeded
• Solicit client feedback and ideas on current products, services & tools and solicit client insights on needs and wants providing feedback to the Product/Practice team
• Consistently review and analyze client related data  providing insights to client as well as internal stakeholders
• Schedule and manage partner review process with customer stakeholders   
• Meet and exceed relevant KPI’s including but not limited to client retention, NPS, and bookings growth.

Skills and Experience You Will Need                                                                                                     

• Experience in a customer relationship role developing and expanding strategic customer relationships and driving incremental revenue
• Account management experience with track record for providing WOW experience and customer retention
• Experience in career services space (coaching, L&D, outplacement, HR) preferred
• Ability to adapt to both changing customer and internal Randstad/RiseSmart expectations
• Strong compelling presentation skills
• Familiarity with client management systems and Salesforce

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
