Education:
● Bachelor's degree required (college or university degree or equivalent work experience).
Work Experience:
● 10-12 years of relevant experience in a GBS shared services or RPO environment.
● Demonstrated success in managing US onboarding, screenings, background checks, I9,
e-verify, and payroll.
● At least 10 years of experience being accountable for the performance of large or multiple small
teams.
Job Requirements:
● Strong customer focus and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clients.
● Experience managing three distinct teams (onboarding, payroll, and post-onboarding) under one
management structure.
● Ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational and financial data to
create scorecards and manage KPIs.
● Track record of high achievement and success working in team-oriented environments.
● Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives.
