As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of key strategic accounts in the Aix-en-Provence region.

Your Responsibilities

Commercial Development & Strategic Account Management

  • Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and market analysis.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Understand client technological challenges and translate them into viable business opportunities.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and manage contract negotiations in coordination with pre-sales, legal, and delivery teams.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders (technical, innovation, procurement, and program leads).
  • Ensure regular follow-up on ongoing projects, performance KPIs, and delivery commitments.
  • Foster long-term partnerships based on trust and value creation.

Internal Coordination & Delivery Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with technical practices (software, cloud, data, engineering) and delivery teams.
  • Participate in client steering committees and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.

Your Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree (engineering, business school, or equivalent – Bac +5).
  • You bring 3 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a technological or engineering environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of the local ecosystem in the Aix-en-Provence region.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • You have a proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable with technical environments such as embedded systems, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
  • You have a professional level of English (spoken and written).
