Business Process Analyst (NAM Professional Services)

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support new or existing client and internal projects. This role involves ensuring project goals are met within prescribed timeframes and budget parameters. You will provide business process subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders and work as an individual project contributor under set deadlines.

As a key member of the project team, you will be client-facing, collaborating closely with the Implementation Project Manager, Project Delivery team, and client stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include discovering and documenting current and future process workflows, and designing processes based on contractual obligations. Additionally, you will contribute to and/or lead the development and delivery of training materials related to business processes.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Some training and/or experience in Project Management, preferred

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience leading client-facing calls such as requirements-gathering sessions
  • Experience process workflow mapping out complex business processes (Visio or Lucid Charts preferred)
  • Experience producing process documentation including workflows, process steps, standard operating procedures, user guides, and training content
  • Experience recognizing, championing, and implementing process improvements
  • Highly proficient with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Lucid Charts, Smart Sheet) and/or Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Experience in Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recruiting experience (MSP and/or RPO preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Consultative approach to working with customers
  • Experience working with and presenting to client executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Highly detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating systems and process improvements
  • Ability and experience with continuous improvement in a team environment
  • Ability and experience with designing and documenting processes for a contingent and/or direct hire recruiting life cycle
  • Ability to meet deliverables within given timelines, while recognizing and mitigating risks
  • Experience working within project teams to accomplish the common goal
  • Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally

The base salary range for this position is $71,200 - $100,000.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
