We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help support one of our major RPO clients!

A successful Recruitment Coordinator thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off- site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience.

Role is onsite with the expectation to visit the client office 5 days per week in Warsaw. 

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and room preparation for live interviews
• Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process.
• Supporting reporting activities
• Responsible for candidate experience during their onsite time in client headquarters. 
• Collaborate with hiring managers and scheduling team as well as facilities team members.

Job Requirements:

• Previous facilities or customer service or administration or  interview scheduling or recruitment coordination experience preferred. 
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.
• Outgoing personality. 
• Strong adaptability to changing priorities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Polish
• Willingness to work fully onsite 5 days per week.
