Randstad Sourceright is a subsidiary of the Randstad Group, where we partner with the world's leading companies to revolutionize their talent acquisition and workforce management strategies. We help our clients build better workforces, and our implementation team is at the heart of making that happen.

We are searching for a Project Manager with a passion for the HR and talent space. In this role, you will transform our clients' HR functions by leading the implementation of our cutting-edge RPO, MSP, and SOW solutions. You will be the crucial link between our innovative services and the client's real-world talent challenges, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term success.

What you will do:

  • Lead complex, multi-country implementation projects that will directly shape our client's talent acquisition and workforce management strategies.
  • Serve as the primary partner for senior client stakeholders, particularly within HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement, building strong relationships and ensuring our solutions meet their unique people-related goals.
  • Proactively manage all project aspects, from timelines to budgets, with a key focus on risk mitigation and ensuring a smooth transition and positive change experience for the client's teams.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated project team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement for our implementation tools and methodologies, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the delivery of talent solutions.

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced professional with 2-5 years of project management experience, ideally gained within an HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR technology environment. Direct experience with RPO, MSP, or SOW implementations is a major plus.
  • Someone with a strong command of project management principles, combined with a passion for solving people-centric challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly adaptable and resilient individual who can manage competing priorities and guide stakeholders through the complexities of organizational change.
  • An outstanding communicator with a knack for translating technical project details into clear business and HR outcomes for senior stakeholders and virtual teams.
  • A professional with a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape, especially Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) is required.
  • A strategic thinker who understands how talent processes impact the wider business. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

What do we offer:

  • A challenging and rewarding role where you will directly impact how global companies attract, engage, and manage their talent.
  • The opportunity to become a subject matter expert in cutting-edge HR and talent solutions while working with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • A position with significant responsibility and visibility, acting as a trusted advisor to senior-level HR and business leaders.
  • The flexibility of a hybrid work model in Budapest or a fully remote position from anywhere in the EMEA region.
  • A pivotal role where you will set the foundation for successful, long-term partnerships that transform our clients' HR capabilities.
  • Opportunities to mentor new team members and actively shape the continuous improvement of our global processes.
  • The opportunity for both regional and global travel as part of your role.
