While our Budapest center is just beginning its journey, we bring a strong foundation from our established hub in Hyderabad. As we scale up in Hungary, we're looking for passionate professionals who want to grow with us and make an impact from day one in a remote/hybrid setup.

 

What'll You Do;

 

  • Accurately and confidentially entering and updating personal and employment data in HR systems and databases focusing for Switzerland.
  • Preparing and archiving employment contracts, certificates, payslips, leave and sick leave requests, and other HR-related documents for Switzerland.
  • Posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews for Switzerland.
  • Communicating with employees and answering their general HR-related questions.
  • Providing support to the local swiss HR manager and other HR professionals with daily tasks.

 

What'll You Bring;

 

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of precision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential data with care.
  • Good command of English & German, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Workday is an advantage.
