about Job 

As a Talent Delivery Director, you will lead and scale a best-in-class recruitment delivery team across a key global region for one of our largest enterprise clients. Your role is to drive excellence in RPO delivery through strategic client partnerships, operational optimization, and strong people leadership. You’ll be accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes, team performance, and client satisfaction, while serving as the key escalation and innovation partner for both client and internal stakeholders.

Location: 

As a Talent Delivery Director, you are responsible for providing the client with a specialist recruitment solution based on their service offering. You are required to manage the onsite team, reporting back to client and RSR key stakeholders. Your primary tasks will include, but not be limited to; 

  • Providing leadership in managing operations 
  • Developing, supporting and motivating teams 
  • Client relationship management & stakeholder management 

primary responsibilities 

A) Client relationship management and strategic influence:  

  • Acting as first point of contact for clients and first escalation point for any daily operational issues. 
  • Proactively engaging with the client to understand recruitment needs and drivers to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved 
  • Partner with client leadership to drive continuous improvement and initiatives that are aligned with business goals.
  • Ensuring onsite team is meeting internal and client KPI’s & SLA’s 

B) Operations management 

  • Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement in delivery practices across your region.
  • Establish governance models for performance management and regular cadence reporting (e.g., QBRs, bi-annual strategic planning sessions). Analyze SLAs, recruitment services and delivery costs to identify where improvements can be made in quality and productivity and ensure targets are met. 
  • Maintain external networks with industry associations, government bodies, networking events and others, to obtain market information. 
  • Developing and maintaining internal RSR Operations and Infrastructure networks. 

C) People Management 

  • Establish a high-performance culture through proactive succession planning, coaching, and development.
  • Empower regional delivery leaders with autonomy and accountability while maintaining oversight on client SLAs and P&L targets.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment and induction of consultants to ensure business resource plans have been achieved. 
  • Provide leadership, coaching and support to teams and consultants to ensure that they perform to the maximum of their abilities. 
  • Assess and address training needs of staff to support personal development plans. 

D) Commercial Acumen

  • Provide input change orders, and contractual amendments in partnership with global/regional sales teams, legal teams, finance teams etc.
  • Lead performance reviews, and take part in revenue growth discussions, and continuous optimization of delivery spend.

required skill-set & qualifications 

  • Strong command of enterprise-level RPO/MPO delivery methodologies.
  • Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and influencing executive decisions.
  • Fluency in workforce analytics
  • 8 years of minimum experience in a leadership role having managed teams of 30+ resources
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals 
  • Experience in resolving conflicts and gaining cooperation among peers, staff, and client
  • Process improvement/continuous improvement or project management skills
  • Client relationship management, customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in complex environment and deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and challenges 
  • Positive attitude and problem solving skills, willingness to learn and build 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Should have commercial acumen and client focus
